Nghĩa: plain (casual) negative verb form
Cấu trúc (Formation): Ichidan: drop る, add ない (食べる → 食べない). Godan: change the final う-row kana to the a-row, add ない (行く → 行かない, 話す → 話さない). Exception: ある → ない (suppletive, no あらない). Irregular: する → しない, くる → こない.
