行ったり来たり

マウスとキーボードを行ったりきたりするのが煩雑なので、キーボードのみで操作できるようショートカットキーはないのでしょうか？

It's a fiddle going to and fro between the keyboard and mouse so are there shortcuts to allow operation using only the keyboard?
